SendMyRx.ca minimizes stored personal health information (PHI). We do not persist patient name, date of birth, address, Personal Health Number, government ID, prescription images, drug names, or cover sheet PDFs on our servers. These exist only on the patient's device and in the fax delivered to the receiving pharmacy by SRFax.

We store the patient's phone number, prescription metadata (status, timestamps), and the originating clinic only.

Compute and storage are configured for Canadian residency to satisfy BC PIPA and federal PIPEDA expectations.
