SendMyRx.ca is a head-start service that forwards a patient's prescription image by fax to a pharmacy of their choice. The patient must present the original physical prescription and government ID at pickup. SendMyRx does not verify, prescribe, or dispense.

Fraudulent use will result in account suspension. Patients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.
